How Redchery will work? |

Go to Http://www.redchery.com using your desktop or mobile GPRS Internet account. Register & download the application. Configure your Red Chery account for POP3 e-mail accounts that you wish to access through Red Chery (just like configuring Outlook Express). Monitor any of your configured e-mail boxes using your WAP/GPRS enabled mobile phone. You can add modify your mailbox settings or add more mail accounts at anytime. Redchery address book keeps your mobile and Web contacts in Synch. Update your's address book either in Mobile or in Web |

I am not able to connect or receive mails from my free e-mail accounts like Yahoo mail, G Mail, Rediff mail, AOL mail, Hot mail and more? Why? |

Basically, Red Chery retrieves your e-mails through POP accounts. To receive e-mails from your free e-mail id's to your Red Chery mailbox, you might have to subscribe a POP account from your desired free e-mail id provider. The subscription costs may vary, according to the free e-mail id provider. For details, contact any of your free e-mail account provider. |

Do I have to install any application in my handset? |

Yes, Red Chery is a small-size application and its very easy to install. Since it runs in stand-alone background mode, it uses very less handset resources. |

No, you don't have to. The strengths of Red Chery are network or service provider independency and mobile handset brand independency. Obviously, an user don't have to change his network or service provider. |

Basically, Red Chery is a GPRS/WAP based application. So, users need GPRS/WAP enabled handsets to install Red Chery and a GPRS Internet connection to receive mails and synchronize your data with your Red Chery account. |

Redchery has strict policies for preserving the user mobile numbers/Email ids. They are secure and safe. We do not share, sell or rent any of your information with anyone. The system is designed such that your confidential information is not available to anyone. The information is keep encrypted on our servers. |

How can I download the mobile Application? |

Once the registration process completed, user will receive the download link as SMS (OR) Registered user can download the application by "Download Mobile Application" option, which available in "My Account" page.
